THE MSE CAMP COMMITTEE 2012 RECRUITMENT DRIVE

Organising a camp is not an everyday affair.  Here’s a list of the positions available and a brief overview of their roles:

1.       Project Director

·         Plan and direct activities in accordance to the aims of the sub comms

·         Oversight of the camp and chair meetings

2.       Vice Project director

·         Assist the Project Director in his/her duties

3.       Secretary

·         Keep minutes of all meetings

4.       Treasurer

·         Manage treasury of the camp

5.       Logistics

·         Manage and coordinate camp facilities and supplies

6.       Publicity

·         Oversight of all outreach efforts

7.       Programmes

·         Plan series of events for the camp

Sooooooo Close to TGIO!!!

Hi everyone!

It's just 2 more days till TGIO!! Alriiiiiight so this is what’s going to happen on Thursday!

1. We will be meeting at Sapphire Pavilion at Siloso Beach, Sentosa on Thursday directly at 1230. For those who are unsure of how to get to the pavilion, we will send someone to meet you all at the monorail station at vivocity level 3 at 12noon so that you can reach on time at the pavilion at 1230. Please have a LIGHT lunch/brunch before coming!

If you need any help locating us on that day itself, please contact Wing Chung (98900126) or Chin Liang (92359642).

2. Dress code: Come to sentosa in beachwear or anything comfortable for you to play games in and be prepared to get a little wet. Also bring your MSE Tshirt if you have! We will be changing into it after the sentosa games so that we will all be wearing it at the chalet. If you don't have a MSE Tshirt, you can buy 1 from us at the chalet or just come in anything you like.

3. Things to bring: Water bottle, Sunblock, Camera to camwhore, Umbrella, Bathing stuff, Toiletries if you're staying over at the chalet, any extra entertainment stuff like card or board games that you want to play with your frens at night in the chalet and money if you haven't bought the ticket or if you plan to collect or buy your MSE Shirt.

Please feel free to also bring any special beverages that you wanna drink at night at the chalet =P.

For people who are only going for the chalet part, the address of the chalet is Aloha Changi Chalet I, 30 Netheravon Road, Singapore 508522. Those who are taking bus can take 29 from Tampines Bus Interchange. Alight at bus stop B99101 Netheravon Road, Government Chalets. Don’t worry if you miss the stop cus you can just stay on the bus which will loop back to the chalet about 5 stops later.

It will be held on 8 DECEMBER 2011 - 9 DECEMBER 2011 at SENTOSA & CHANGI GARDEN CHALET(ALOHA CHANGI). The event will start at 1230h till late (Y)(Y)(Y). And not forgetting the exciting prizes like movie passes, starbucks gift card and earphones up for grabs! :D

Give those mugging eyes a break and just chillax on an awesome Thursday night (party the night away, concuss on Friday and party again on Saturday)
